Colored Peppercorn Encrusted Wild Salmon
Oven roasted wild salmon encrusted with multi-colored peppercorns. Served with salmoriglio a southern Italian condiment made of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and herbs.
Cook the unfrozen, uncovered salmon in oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Serve the sauce on the side or directly with the salmon.
Delivered fresh. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 days or in the freezer for 2 months
