Veal with Saffron and Lemon
Thinly sliced veal eye round, served cold with saffron and lemon zest sauce.
Arrange the slices of veal on a serving platter, either cover the meat with a layer of sauce or serve the sauce on a side , garnish with capers and sliced lemon. Serve refrigerated or at room temperature. Delivered fresh. Can be stored in refrigerator for 3 days.
