Veal Ossobuco
Veal shank braised in white wine. This Milanese specialty comes with gremolata, a chopped vegetable and herb sauce and is garnished with lemon zest and chopped parsley.
Add a layer of sauce on top of the meat. Cook the unfrozen, uncovered ossobuco in oven at 350 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes. Garnish with gremolata before serving.
Delivered fresh. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 days or in the freezer for up to 4 months.
